Community Rules Summary
All guests and renters are expected to follow the Montego Bay community rules at all times. Key points include:
- Respect your neighbors. Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening hours.
- Follow all pool rules. Pool passes are required. No outside food, glass containers, or running on pool decks.
- Use designated parking areas. Do not block driveways or park on lawns.
- Keep common areas clean. Dispose of trash properly and use community receptacles.
- No open fires or fireworks except as permitted by Ocean City ordinance.
Trash Pickup Schedule
Summer trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please have bins at the curb by 7:00 AM on pickup days. Return bins to their proper location after collection.
Pet Policy
Pets must be leashed at all times in Montego Bay. Owners are required to clean up after their pets (scoop laws apply).
Pets are only permitted on the beach or boardwalk between October 1st and April 30th. Between May 1st and September 30th, pets must remain off the beach and boardwalk areas.
Pool Information
Pools are open during the summer season with lifeguards on duty:
- Oyster Pool: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Office Pool: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
A valid pool pass is required for entry. Pool passes are provided by the property owner. For full pool rules and hours, visit the Community Amenities page.
