The MBCA Board of Directors Business Meetings resume this spring and will be held on the second Saturday of each month beginning at 9:00 AM at the MBCA Office, located at 101 W. 130th Street, Ocean City, MD 21842.

Meetings are held every month except April and August. The schedule for the remainder of the year is as follows:

In Person and Via Zoom
All board meetings are held in person at the MBCA Office. Zoom access is also available for property owners who cannot attend in person. Zoom meeting details will be distributed to property owners prior to each meeting.
Open to All Property Owners
Board meetings are open to all Montego Bay property owners. You are encouraged to attend and participate. Meeting minutes are posted to the Member Portal following each meeting.
