What You Can Find in the Portal
Financials
Review monthly financial statements, budget summaries, and reserve fund reports. Property owners can track association income, expenses, and financial health throughout the year.
Board Meeting Minutes
Minutes from all Board of Directors Business Meetings are archived in TownSq. Minutes are available to all registered property owners and residents.
General Meeting Minutes
Minutes from the annual General Membership Meeting and any special membership meetings are posted in TownSq for the record.
Committee Reports
Committee chairs submit periodic reports through the portal. These reports summarize committee activity, project updates, and any items requiring board or membership attention.
Who Can Register
TownSq access is available to all Montego Bay property owners. Renters and guests should contact their property owner for information about community resources.
To register, you will need your property address and the email address on file with the MBCA. If you are unsure what email address is on file, contact the office before registering.
