The Montego Bay Civic Association hosts regular board meetings, committee meetings, and community events throughout the year. Everyone is welcome to attend board and committee meetings, and community events are a great way to connect with your neighbors.
Board of Directors Meetings
The Board of Directors holds Business Meetings on the second Saturday of each month (except April and August), beginning at 9:00 AM at the MBCA Office. Meetings are also available via Zoom for those who cannot attend in person.
Meetings are open to all property owners. Zoom login details are shared with property owners ahead of each meeting.
Committee Meetings
Each MBCA committee holds its own meetings on a schedule set by the committee chair. Meeting times and locations are listed on the event calendar. Attending a committee meeting as a guest is the easiest way to get involved without making a formal commitment.
Meeting Minutes
Minutes from all board and general membership meetings are available to registered property owners and residents through the Member Portal. Minutes are posted following board approval, typically at the next scheduled meeting.
