Best View of Assawoman Bay
Montego Bay sits directly along Assawoman Bay, offering some of the most spectacular waterfront views in Ocean City. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the boardwalk, the dock, or right from your own property.
4th of July Fireworks
Montego Bay is ideally positioned to enjoy the annual 4th of July fireworks display at Northside Park. Gather with neighbors along the boardwalk or bay-front areas for one of the community’s most beloved traditions.
Office Swimming Pool
The Office Pool is located adjacent to the MBCA office at 101 W. 130th Street. It is open daily during the summer season from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A valid pool pass is required for entry.
Oyster Swimming Pool
The Oyster Pool is our larger community pool, open daily during the summer season from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Lifeguards are on duty during all open hours. A valid pool pass is required for entry.

Tennis Courts
Montego Bay features community tennis courts available to all property owners and their guests. Courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pickleball
Pickleball courts are available for community use. This rapidly growing sport has become a favorite among residents of all ages.
Boardwalk
Our scenic bayfront boardwalk is perfect for morning walks, evening strolls, and taking in the natural beauty of Assawoman Bay. The boardwalk connects several key areas of the community and offers easy access to the water.
Put-Put Golf
The community miniature golf course is a favorite among families and visitors. It provides a fun and low-key activity for all ages throughout the summer season.
Crabbing & Fishing Dock
One of Montego Bay’s most beloved features is the community crabbing and fishing dock. Grab your crab lines and chicken necks and enjoy a classic Ocean City pastime right in your own neighborhood.
Pond with Walking Path
The community pond area features a peaceful walking path, ideal for a quiet morning or evening walk. The Park & Pond Committee works to maintain and beautify this natural area throughout the year.
