The Montego Bay Civic Association exists to maintain, improve, and protect the Montego Bay community and the interests of its property owners. We are committed to preserving the natural beauty of our bay-front neighborhood while fostering a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and renters alike.

Welcome to Montego Bay

Montego Bay is a unique residential living and resort community nestled along the shores of Assawoman Bay in Ocean City, Maryland. From our private pools and tennis courts to our scenic boardwalk and crabbing docks, this community offers something for everyone.

Whether you are a long-time property owner, a first-time visitor, or a seasonal renter, we hope you find Montego Bay to be a relaxing and enjoyable place to spend your time. Our dedicated board and volunteer committees work year-round to keep the community well-maintained and welcoming.

Trash & Solid Waste
